Development of an Online Data Collection Tool and Dashboard for Community-Led Monitoring (CLM).

The Inclusive Community Led Monitoring System(CLMS) is a groundbreaking community-led project aimed at fostering awareness and conducting surveys on AIDS within diverse and colorful communities, including LGBTQ+, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and sex workers. Developed on the Laravel tech stack, CLMS empowers users to gain a comprehensive understanding of the HIV landscape by providing real-time data on the total number of people living with HIV, those at high risk of transmission, and individuals susceptible to illness.

Key Features:

  1. Inclusive Approach: CLMS is designed to inclusively engage and cater to the unique needs of diverse communities, promoting a sense of belonging and active participation in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

  1. Real-time Monitoring: The platform facilitates real-time monitoring of HIV statistics, allowing users to stay informed about the current prevalence, risk factors, and trends within their communities.

  1. User-Friendly Interface: CLMS boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring accessibility for individuals of all backgrounds and technical abilities. This promotes widespread engagement and participation.

  1. Survey Module: A robust survey module enables the collection of valuable data on HIV awareness, risk factors, and prevention strategies. This data is crucial for tailoring interventions to the specific needs of each community.

  1. Privacy and Security: CLMS prioritizes the privacy and security of user data, implementing advanced measures to protect sensitive information and ensure the confidentiality of individuals participating in surveys or seeking support.

  1. Resource Hub: The platform serves as a comprehensive resource hub, offering educational materials, support networks, and links to healthcare services, fostering a holistic approach to HIV prevention and care.

CLMS stands at the forefront of leveraging technology to bridge gaps in HIV awareness and monitoring, fostering a sense of community, inclusivity, and empowerment in the collective effort to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS.
